Shops and buses are a 3-minute walk away; Nantes is a 20-minute drive. Four private parking spaces. **TIME TOGETHER** A light-filled 60 m² living area opens onto an enclosed garden, terrace and barbecue. Well-equipped kitchen: Bora hob, 2 ovens, air fryer. Fibre Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, Netflix and Canal+, washing machine and dryer. **PRIVACY FOR EVERYONE** 4 large bedrooms, each with private washing facilities and a desk; 3 toilets. A ground-floor bedroom has a walk-in shower with a massage showerhead. Suite with bathtub and double basin. Two bedrooms can have twin beds on request. Beds made and linen provided. **SPECIAL MOMENTS** Private pool from May to September. Sheltered 6-person hot tub, available year-round by prior request: included for 6 guests, available for an extra fee for 1–5 guests. **TAILORED EXPERIENCES** Nantes and the banks of the Erdre await you. **STAY YOUR WAY** Self check-in with a Yale lock or an in-person welcome by appointment. Optional end-of-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee. Otherwise, leave the house clean: kitchen, bathrooms and floors cleaned, dishes put away and rubbish taken out. Maximum 8 guests, all of whom must be on the booking. No outside visitors. No parties, smoking or pets. Children must be supervised near water. Cameras cover exterior entrances only.
