Evasion Serenity is a contemporary 149 m² villa tucked away on a quiet private lane, just a 5-minute walk from Carquefou’s center and close to Nantes. Up to 8 guests can enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom area; two rooms can be arranged with twin beds. The “La Rose” suite features a bathtub and double sink, while a ground-floor bedroom offers a walk-in shower. The large living area opens onto a fenced garden. The fully equipped kitchen, provided linens, fiber internet, a desk in every bedroom, and a washer-dryer ensure you have everything needed for relaxing or remote work. Outside, you’ll find a terrace with seating for 10, a barbecue, a private pool (open May to September), and a sheltered 6-person spa, prepared upon prior reservation. A brief, discreet daily outdoor check maintains water quality. There are four private parking spaces. Shops, restaurants, buses, parks, La Beaujoire, Nantes Est, and the Erdre riverbanks are all within easy reach. Please note: This is a non-smoking house, maximum 8 overnight guests. Parties, events, and outside visitors only with prior request and written approval. A cleaning fee is included in the total price; please leave the house tidy. Pets are not allowed. Exterior cameras secure the entrances; none are inside. No food, drinks, oils, soap, foam, body products, confetti, or any items that could soil the spa water are permitted.
